hin zu Sprachlehrern und Camp-Koordinatoren bringt jedes Mitglied unseres Teams einzigartiges Fachwissen, Energie und Sorgfalt ein, um eine sichere, unterhaltsame und inspirierende Umgebung zu schaffen. Obwohl wir alle aus unterschiedlichen Verh\u00e4ltnissen kommen, teilen wir alle die Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Abenteuer und das Teilen von Erfahrungen mit anderen, um Erinnerungen zu schaffen, die ein Leben lang halten. Unser Team wei\u00df um die Bedeutung von Professionalit\u00e4t, F\u00fcrsorge und Risikomanagement.<\/p><p>Einige unserer Guides waren selbst jugendliche Teilnehmer, bevor sie in ihre Rolle schl\u00fcpften, w\u00e4hrend andere aufgrund ihres Hintergrunds und ihrer Erfahrungen mit Jugendlichen und in der Au\u00dfenwelt ausgew\u00e4hlt wurden. Viele unserer Naturp\u00e4dagogen arbeiten au\u00dferhalb der Saison als Lehrer, Naturforscher, Betreuer oder in anderen Berufen, die sich auf Jugendliche konzentrieren.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div Dar\u00fcber hinaus sind auf allen Campingpl\u00e4tzen hauptamtliche Gesundheitsfachkr\u00e4fte f\u00fcr die Gesundheit der Camper zust\u00e4ndig. Sie sind verantwortlich f\u00fcr die Erste Hilfe, die Organisation und Verteilung von Medikamenten, den Kontakt zu \u00c4rzten und Krankenh\u00e4usern vor Ort, falls erforderlich, und die F\u00fchrung aller Aufzeichnungen \u00fcber Krankheiten und Unf\u00e4lle.<\/p><p>Die Krankenh\u00e4user sind immer mit dem Auto erreichbar. Im seltenen Fall einer Krankheit oder eines Unfalls werden die Eltern so schnell wie m\u00f6glich angerufen und \u00fcber die Ma\u00dfnahmen informiert, die zur Rettung des Kindes ergriffen wurden.
