plein air et d\u2019animateurs de jeunesse qui partagent un m\u00eame objectif : aider chaque jeune explorateur \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9panouir gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences inoubliables.<\/p><p>Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse de guides de montagne, d\u2019entra\u00eeneurs sportifs, de professeurs de langues ou de coordinateurs de camps, chaque membre de notre \u00e9quipe apporte son expertise, son \u00e9nergie et son attention \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un environnement s\u00fbr, amusant et inspirant. Young Explorers Club. Bien que nous venions tous d\u2019horizons diff\u00e9rents, nous partageons tous une passion pour l\u2019aventure et le partage d\u2019exp\u00e9riences avec d\u2019autres personnes afin de cr\u00e9er des souvenirs qui durent toute une vie. Notre \u00e9quipe comprend l\u2019importance du professionnalisme, de la bienveillance et de la gestion des risques.<\/p><p>Certains de nos guides ont eux-m\u00eames particip\u00e9 \u00e0 la vie des jeunes avant d\u2019assumer leur r\u00f4le, tandis que d\u2019autres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s pour leurs ant\u00e9c\u00e9dents et leur exp\u00e9rience avec les jeunes et dans l\u2019environnement ext\u00e9rieur. Nombre de nos \u00e9ducateurs de plein air travaillent hors saison en tant qu\u2019enseignants, naturalistes, conseillers ou autres professions ax\u00e9es sur la jeunesse.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\n\t<div cinq enfants sur chaque camp et chaque programme assure un encadrement proche et une vraie attention \u00e0 chaque jeune campeur. Les moniteurs sont responsables de la surveillance directe.<\/p><p>Pendant chaque activit\u00e9, toutes les mesures de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pr\u00e9ventives sont mises en place et strictement respect\u00e9es. Au moins un instructeur du Young Explorers Club sur deux doit \u00eatre certifi\u00e9 en RCP et en premiers secours. En outre, dans tous les campings, des sp\u00e9cialistes de la sant\u00e9 sont charg\u00e9s \u00e0 plein temps de veiller \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des campeurs. Ils sont responsables des premiers soins, de l\u2019organisation et de la distribution des m\u00e9dicaments, de la liaison avec les m\u00e9decins et les h\u00f4pitaux locaux si n\u00e9cessaire, et de la tenue de tous les dossiers relatifs \u00e0 une maladie ou \u00e0 un accident.<\/p><p>Les h\u00f4pitaux sont toujours accessibles en voiture. Dans les rares cas de maladie ou d\u2019accident, les parents sont appel\u00e9s d\u00e8s que possible et re\u00e7oivent des informations compl\u00e8tes sur les mesures prises pour aider l\u2019enfant. Sur chaque site, un exercice d\u2019\u00e9vacuation est organis\u00e9 pour l\u2019ensemble du personnel et des campeurs.<\/p><p>En tant qu\u2019entreprise bas\u00e9e en Suisse, nous mettrons \u00e0
