Les taux d&#8217;<strong>anxi\u00e9t\u00e9<\/strong> et de <strong>d\u00e9pression<\/strong> ont augment\u00e9 depuis la pand\u00e9mie. Le <strong>secteur des camps<\/strong> touche <strong>des millions d&#8217;enfants<\/strong> et propose une solution accessible \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle.<\/p>\n<p>Les \u00e9tudes confirment que l&#8217;<strong>immersion en nature<\/strong> et les programmes de <strong>pleine conscience<\/strong> abaissent le stress \u00e0 la fois physiologiquement et psychologiquement. On mesure ces effets avec le <strong>cortisol salivaire<\/strong>, la <strong>variabilit\u00e9 de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque (VFC)<\/strong> et des <strong>questionnaires valid\u00e9s<\/strong>. Une revue syst\u00e9matique dirig\u00e9e par <strong>Racine et al. Les interventions de <strong>pleine conscience<\/strong> chez les jeunes affichent des tailles d\u2019effet petites \u00e0 mod\u00e9r\u00e9es (<strong>d \u2248 0,3\u20130,6<\/strong>), selon <strong>Zoogman et al. (2015)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Nous recommandons d\u2019objectiver les b\u00e9n\u00e9fices par des <strong>mesures physiologiques<\/strong> (<strong>cortisol salivaire<\/strong>, <strong>HRV<\/strong>, <strong>tension art\u00e9rielle<\/strong>) et des instruments valid\u00e9s en clinique. ActiGraph) pour l\u2019activit\u00e9 et le sommeil. Le protocole recommand\u00e9 : mesures <strong>pr\u00e9\u2011camp<\/strong>, <strong>imm\u00e9diatement post\u2011camp<\/strong>, puis suivi \u00e0 <strong>3 et 6 mois<\/strong> ; si possible inclure un <strong>groupe contr\u00f4le<\/strong> (liste d\u2019attente ou alternative). Viser au minimum <strong>30\u201350 participants<\/strong> par groupe pour analyses pr\u00e9liminaires et davantage pour d\u00e9tecter effets modestes.<\/p>\n<h3>Composantes op\u00e9rationnelles essentielles : ratios et formation<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Ratios<\/strong> : &lt;8 ans : <strong>1:6<\/strong> ; 8\u201312 ans : <strong>1:8<\/strong> ; adolescents : <strong>1:10\u201312<\/strong> ; augmenter la supervision pour camps th\u00e9rapeutiques.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Formation<\/strong> : premiers secours, <strong>premiers secours psychologiques<\/strong>, et <strong>8\u201316 h<\/strong> minimum pour animateurs sur pleine conscience\/TCC. Pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un <strong>professionnel de sant\u00e9 mentale<\/strong> en consultance est recommand\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>S\u00e9curit\u00e9 et triage<\/strong> : d\u00e9pistage pr\u00e9\u2011camp (questionnaire m\u00e9dical et sant\u00e9 mentale), protocole de gestion des urgences, proc\u00e9dures d\u2019orientation pour cas s\u00e9v\u00e8res.
