Every summer we look for people who like children, the mountains and long days outdoors: camp managers, activity leaders, instructors and the people who keep a camp running. Here is who we look for, what we offer and how to apply.

01 / 04 · The roles

Who we look for

Camp managers

You run a camp from its first day to its last: the team, the programme, the families, safety. You have led teams and camps before, and you speak French and English.

Activity leaders

You live the week with a group of 9 to 13 or 14 to 17 year olds: the activities, the evenings, the small things that make a camp. You have experience with children and a sport you are good at.

Instructors and coaches

Bike, climbing, football, water sports, languages: you teach what you love, to the club's standards, alongside the leaders.

Cooks and camp support

Meals for a whole camp, logistics, driving: the work that keeps a camp running.

02 / 04 · The person

What we ask of everyone

Whatever the role, we look for the same things:

  • Experience with children or teenagers, and the wish to spend a summer with them.
  • French or English Fluently; both is a plus, and so is any other language.
  • A sport you are good at and the energy for long days outdoors.
  • A first aid certificate and a J+S diploma are a plus, not a must.
  • A clean criminal record extract and your health insurance card, asked for before the first camp.
  • A driving licence is useful.

03 / 04 · The conditions

What we offer

When The camps run in summer, week by week: you can join for some weeks or for the whole season.
Where In the Swiss Alps, from our chalet in Les Diablerets, and on the trips that go further, such as the Tour of Mont Blanc.
Living at camp During a camp you live with the camp: accommodation and meals are part of the job.
Pay Paid per week of camp; the figure and the dates are in your offer.
Preparation Training before the season and a briefing before each camp, so nobody starts a week unprepared.

Write to us with a few lines about you: your experience with children, the sports you are good at, your languages and the weeks you are free. We answer everyone.
