Two mountain bases: Les Diablerets and Champéry

Most of our camps start from a chalet. In Les Diablerets, in the Vaud Alps, juniors aged 9 to 13 stay at Chalet Budokan and teens aged 14 to 17 at Chalet Jolimont: see our camps in Les Diablerets.

In Champéry, in Valais, the family camp lives in a private chalet, with climbing and via ferrata, a summit hike, mountain biking and Swiss cheese-making. See the family camps.

Across Switzerland by bike and on foot

Three camps travel instead of staying in one place. The Bike Travel Camp (12 to 17) rides through the Swiss Alps and Pre-Alps, a new place most days. The Family Bike Travel Camp crosses the heart of Switzerland from Gruyère to Lauterbrunnen, via Château-d'Oex, Gstaad, Lake Thun, Interlaken and Grindelwald. The Tour of Mont Blanc (13 to 17) leaves Switzerland on foot to circle the massif through France and Italy.

A Swiss camp, the Swiss way

Our paid leaders hold Jeunesse+Sport (J+S) qualifications, Switzerland's national youth sport programme, and our policies follow the standards of the Vaud Youth Protection Service (SPJ).

Families living in Switzerland pay the Swiss resident price, thanks to our local sponsors, and educational activities in Switzerland carry no VAT: the price you see is the price you pay.

Questions parents ask

Where in Switzerland are your camps?

In the Alps: Les Diablerets in the Vaud Alps, Champéry in Valais, bike routes through the Alps and Pre-Alps as far as the Bernese Oberland, and the Swiss part of the Tour of Mont Blanc.

How do we get there from abroad?

Fly to Geneva Airport: our team meets the children in the arrivals hall, and the transfer is included for families living abroad. From Zurich or Bern, the train to Lausanne is easy and direct.

Which price do we pay?

It depends on where your family lives, not on your nationality: the Swiss resident price for families living in Switzerland, the international price for families living abroad.

Do the camps run in German?

The camps run in English and French. Some of the team and of the children speak German, and optional German classes are available.

Are all your camps in Switzerland?

Nearly all. The Tour of Mont Blanc crosses into France and Italy, and our camp in Mallorca takes teens to the sea in Spain.
